Dr. Sadaf has a friendly way of talking, which helps the other person open up. She asked good questions and was really sharp on making sure I am not using the negative wording to describe my feelings and my self. She really helped me be more intentful with my words and feelings. She helped me overcome communication and comprehension issues I had in my social life. She also really gave me the space and practice to be vulnerable and articulate my feelings, because I would normally just shut down. She helped me understand the impact of grief and how my dad's death affected me and my relationship with people especially my wife.

Sadaf has really helped me overcome anxiety. I'm much happier and healthier than I was 2 years back. Apart from helping understand my mental condition, she's an excellent listener and very easy to confide in. I felt comfortable sharing details of my personal life. She's very professional and trustworthy. Moreover she would remember all these details and I would not have to repeat them. My greatest fear about taking therapy was being diagnosed with a severe mental illness but Sadaf alleviated this fear. I'm thankful for everything she has done for me.
