Ms Angela isba wonderful nutritionist. Most dietitian or nutritionist usually give you one fits all plan or crash diets that dont work or work just for a while, Ms Angela is also a mental health counselor so she takes the time to understand a perons eating habits and lifestyle and according to the person she advises on what the better options are and how to start. I personally think she is one of the best nutritionist and mental health counselor out there.

My sessions with Ms Angels have been very helpful in my weight loss journey. The way she helps me make my own choices while keeping it healthy has made this journey a lot easier for me. It has also encouraged me a lot to maintain a healthier lifestyle. She has been very very encouraging throughout and that has helped me stay motivated.
