I had such a great session with her. She really listened to me with so much patience and care and made me feel completely heard and made me feel comfortable enough to open up. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks and she explained everything in such a calm and clear way. She helped me understand how my mental and physical health are connected and suggested breathing exercises and daily activities instead of medication, which I really appreciated. She told me to focus on my physical health because when that’s in balance, my mind will follow. She was kind, understanding and made me feel safe to open up. I left the session feeling lighter and more hopeful and I honestly can’t wait to have another session with her. In Sha Allah.
