I went to see Dr. Zainab Rasheed for issues I was having with anxiety and panic attacks. We discussed my issues and she provided me with many techniques, such as relaxation exercises, charting my anxiety, and vitamin and protein therapy to try and reduce my anxiety and panic attacks. Dr. Zainab was very understanding and sincere but she also made sure she held me accountable for my actions. She was a great "coach" through all of my anxiety issues. She made time for me last minute and took the time in those appointments to really examine me. Dr. Zainab tried several techniques and when those didn't work to her liking, she didn't give up. She researched more exercises. This persistence really made me feel that I was important and that she was concerned about my overall health.
