I had enuresis problem, felt very embarrassed at home and in the family. Along with several anxiety issues. Had relationship problems with mother. Came with lots of dissatisfactions in life, education.I had sessions with Dr. Romana at her clinic. I felt very comfortable with her while sharing. Explored each and every area of my life very freely. That's I felt like to be listened to and accepted. I improved my self-confidence and in control of my enuresis especially. Several techniques to control my anxiety as well.

I am a student of MPhil. I had many questions in my mind regarding my personality and some interpersonal relationship problems. I came to know about Dr. Roman's, I was curious if it can be done. So, I visited her and put forth my queries. She listened to each question very carefully. She administered Assessment tests to provide a good understanding of my personality.Amazingly the sessions went well. And it was really helpful for me in solving my life problems by myself with confidence.

I visited Quaid-e- Azam International Hospital for my excess anxiety and health concerns. I was referred to Dr. Romana. She was very Professional and showed a high concern. The process went through a total of 6 sessions, starting from our contract and end session. During the time she also maintained feedback forms for each session. Which was very helpful for me to focus on my genuine problems and getting towards solutions.

I approached Dr. Romana when I was in a state of severe self-reproach and suffered from sexual harassment. I was unable to find way out, except committing suicide. I started cutting my hands with blades and eating tablets. I was unable to focus on my studies any more, as I felt worthless.My first meeting was like a turning point in my life. I learned where there is a hope, there is a way. During my counseling sessions, we worked together to find a way to deal with my situation, legal and logical ways. I learned to beat my self-reproaching thoughts with mindfulness, and improved my study schedules as well. I am now taking follow up sessions and I am very much satisfied, especially when it comes to confidentiality.
