My revision rhinoplasty story Last year I got my rhinoplasty done from a surgeon who not only destroyed my face but also destroyed my career and my life .I went into deep depression, plus I was diagnosed with personality disorder , I was not able 2 recognise myself in the mirror and this thing used to kill me everyday , I was on anti depressants for 6 months , i was a medical student And I couldn’t carry along with my studies cause my concentration ability was zero , I went to US consulted many doctors worldwide and my surgery was planed with two doctors Dr dean toriumi who is worlds top 5 revision rhinoplasty surgeon and Thomas Mustoe but it was too early 2 go for another surgery, I came back to Pakistan my mom asked me 2 search for the best surgeon in Pakistan , I came across doctor Arfat , I met him told him the whole story , he was the only doctor who could really feel what I felt , and he was the only doctor who was willing 2 operate and get my nose back to its original shape , it was impossible to get the hump and the droopy tip back 2 the point where it would look nice cause my demands were opposite 2 what usually surgeons do and nobody was willing 2 operate cause of my mental condition plus I wanted my old nose back , going for this surgery was again a very big decision for me , but I trusted dr Arfat , after the surgery I could literally see myself back again
