She listened to me carefully and took my history and advised me three exercises to do for three days and then she ll further guide me about different techniques like self hypnosis etc. I suffer from anxiety and depression for almost 20 years so I am not expecting miracles and understand its a gradual process but I belive today is the first step to that final goal.
