I've been experiencing pain in my lower back for the past two months. The pain is a dull ache and is usually worst in the morning, but also flares up when I sit for long periods of time. I've tried over-the-counter pain medications and some stretching exercises, but the pain hasn't gone away. I haven't had any injuries or accidents that I think might be related to the pain.
