There is no way. You can take male hormones and things like muscles and beard and male voice will develop etc but the surgery for female to make transgender person is not very advanced yet. And is also really very expensive and can only be done abroad. If you want hormones you need to first go to a psychiatrist and with their approval you can go to an endocrinologist who might prescribe you.
