Hi,I am 38years old male having PVC's for the last 10 years without any dizziness r syncope all investigations lfts,VMA are normal..halter monitoring done for multiple times which shows PVCs...taking inderal 40mg bd...kindly advise further if need any investigation or treatment..
Although monofocal PVC's in a young person with no symptoms don't pose a major threat but if screening shows no cause then you should book an appointment with EP specialist. Dr Ashraf Dar in PIC and Dr. Shahzad Tawwab in Jinnah Hospital Lahore are 2 that I can suggest.
