Talk to Gastroenterologist on Fructose Malabsorption

I cannot digest honey, mango, apples beverages and all juices, many bakery items , my doubt is fructose malabsorption because these foods cause constipation , to me. on the other hand, no other food causes problem. How to diagnose my problem
