Asking for Self, Male, 35 years old, Lahore

Problems starts on 5th of JAN, pain on left side of chest, and burning when having a tea, coffee, spicy food or sweets. Med Tests (all normal) Enzyme, Echo, D-Dimer, CRP, Liver Function test – LFT, Electrolytes, creatinine and EGFR, Full blood count FBC (done so many times), Tissue Transglutaminase TTG, FERRITIN, Thyroid, A1C/HBA1C, hepatitis b & c, Cortisol, b12, Folate – serum. H.Polyri –positive on start of Dec 2016, doctors prescribed antibiotics. Endoscopy: 13/01/2017, Report: Mild erythema in fundus, body and antrum, Inlet patch in esophagus, mild pangastristis. Biopsy report: 18/01/2017 report was fine, no H-Pylori or cancel symptoms etc. Current symptoms, burning & discomfort in chest, off and on pain or discomfort in tummy, feeling like something is slowly moving in tummy

These dyspeptic symptoms can persist even after H pylori eradiction
antibiotics.so should keep on taking omeprazole for some more
weeks.secondly chest pain can b due to inlet patch that must be biopsied as
well.also ECG should be done when symptoms are there.

Thanks very much sir! I want to attach my Endoscopy report, but i can't see attachment button for image! Anway i am typing here Endoscopy report main points: For Esophagus: there is Inlet patch, and rest of the esophagus is normal b) Irregular Z line, however no evidence of reflux esophagitis or barret's esophagus. For Stomach: Mild erthema in fundus, body and antrum. For Duodenum: Normal upto D2 Conclusion: Inlet Patch in esophagus, Mild gastritis

Biopsy Main Points, ((1)) Number of BIOPSy Fragments: 02 antrum 02 body ((2)) H.Pylori Infiltration: Not Seen ((3)) Chronic Inflammation: Moderate ((4)) Intestinal Metaplasia: Not Seen ((5)) Activity: Minimal ((6)) Atrophy: Not Seen ((7)) Dysplasia: Not Seen

CONCLUSION: MODERATE CHRONIC MINIMAL ACTIVE GASTRITIS
