I have freckles on my face since long, which are spreading on my whole face. I have used many creams, but no vain. What should i do?

Hello there, it seems a case of melesma or hyper pigmentation of the skin, it could be excessive sun exposure as well the underlying hormonal issues as well, you must use a good sun protecting cream 30 SPF or above while you are out and about.
