I have a small pigmentation on my left cheek upper side. I dont want to apply any cream. Can you please tell me what supplements should i take ? Iron or multi vitamins ?

Well for ur pigmentation.
If u don't want to apply anything then start taking.
Cap.evion 400mg × once daily
Tab.maltofer-F once daily
Tab.theragran ultra
Once daily in the morning
Atleast for 2 months
