Talk to Dermatologist on Sclaroderma

I am a sclaroderma ptient.. I want to know is there is a solution for bending fingers. My fingers are bend and in a punch condition. I can't do straigbt my fingers of right hand n left hand fi gers are also in curve condition.. Simply my fingers are not straigbt. So kindly tell me tbe solution.. I did physiotherapy but no difference. Is there any kind of operation thorough which my hands will b i normal working positon. Plz tell me m so worried. I am a working lady.
