Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Irritation

Since past two days, I have continuous itching on my body. I have not eaten anythign particularly that I am allergic too. The only allergy I am aware of is dust, however, there hasn't been much interaction with dust in my environment. Kindly recommend any medicine. It is highly uncomfortable to have to scratch all over, all the time.
