Assalamoalaikum I m having some kind of melasma problem on my cheeks and nose. Its brown spots and growing day by day. I have never been use any thing on my face except some daily routine day cream and a face wash. I m looking for a doctor but I belong to a middle class family so I can't afford highly costed treatment.
W s hope u will be fine , in melasma I need to see how much it is extensive , so I will need to see pics of patient and if she can visit I can discuss in detail to asses whether u need only medical treatment or some form of local injection , it can be PRP , mesotherapy and creams with vitc prep and sun blocks
