Talk to Dermatologist on Supplements Consultation

I have brittle nails, dry skin, Hair fall and continuous sneezing (seems my immunity system has gone week). My fruits and milk intake is very low so i asked a Dr. to prescribe a supplements and tests for a sort of quick fix, so that after that i can get & maintain the required nutrition with the improved diet. Kindly review and the prescription and tell if its alright to take these supplements.
