Dry , Frizzy And Brittle Hairs Since Last 8 To 10 Years

Question

I have very rough hair since 8 to 10 years, used very good shampoo (chemical free). used different oils and took medicine like perfectile, vitamins etc. also consulted dermatologist but they recommend shampoo and medicine like mentioned above. Now from last 2 years hairfall has started. Also had toiphoid in 2020. did different tests like TSH, Calcium level, TPH. TPH is 7.7 while normal level is 9-64. Does anyone tell why I'm having such dull and thin hairs.
