Talk to Ent Specialist on Phlegm Blocked Nose

My nose remains somewhat blocked due to phlegm.phlegm keeps falling inside and little cough.In winter and in alergy season nose gets blocked.sneezing stops.Phlegm becomes very thick yellowish greyish and gets stuck in nose.Pressure near temple kanputti areas.When such seasons come my chronic Ibs diarrhea worsens and i never do solid formed stools.
