the symptoms u describes above are mainly of allergic phenomenon. repeated throat irritation cause damage and then lead to full fledge infection.
in a case like yours...i would like to check ur throat..the status of ear/eardrum and most importantly the nostrils to rule out some things which may cause repeated infection.

i cnt check ur drum ur throat or anything. how can u expect that someone can help you like this. symptomatic treatment is not the answer here.
there are multiple causes and first one is che ked through ur ear.
