Aoa. I am a Software Engineer by profession (means I have to see screen almost 10-14 hours a day) and My Eye vision is working perfectly. I think, I have two issues with my eyes. First is my eye vision become blurry during book reading or at that time when clear focusing on anything. and second is, when I yawn, my eyes become stretch and water comes in my eyes. Please give me your valuable suggestion or recommendation. Thanks
W.s try to get break from screen for 5 to 10 mins after every half an hour.and in this break wash ur eyes with water n give soft massage to ur closed eyes with ur fingers.excessive screen usage cause dryness and fatigue of eye muscles.
This is not something to worry about. When reading the eyes are not blinking much and can become dry. So just close your eyes and give it rest and it will be ok. Second the yawn and watering is no big issue to be worried about.
EXCESSIVE COMPUTER USAGE CAUSE DRY EYES.
USE VISOL GEL EYE DROPS 1 DROP THRICE A DAY FOR 1 MONTH
Computer Dry Eyes , you need to use computer hygiene by increasing contrast with lower brightness. Blinking rate decreases with book reading or working on computer.
Your age ? If possible please your nearby eye specialist to check your refraction!

Dear sir i have problem in my left eye 2 years ago i survived through an accident my left eye got injured and i cant see clearly through my left eye it has black spots and blured glasses have no affect on it i can see clearly only from my right eye my eye sight is also weak before accident i consult a doctor from alshifa hospital and he says we have no treatment fir this your veins dried coz of injury em really worried about this waiting for your reply if you send me your email address i can send you all my reports kindly reply me as soon as possible

AA SIR I AM AT THE AGE OF23Y AND ALREADY USE GLASSES AND DO JOB IN NIGHT SHIFTS OF 14HOURS AND HAVE ALL WORK ON SCREEN . I AM FEELING ISSUE IN MY EYE THAT MY VISION OF LEFT EYE GET BLURRY WHEN I FEEL SLEEPY AND MY EYE HAVE A LIGHT TISSUE ON WHITE SIDE OF EYE.
