My eye sight is weak. Recently i again checked my eyes and i use glases. But from few weeks I am not able to see properly my eye stright coundlnt get stablr when I focus on someting contunously.

There are so many reasons of decrease vision and as you are already using glasses so there may be some error in prescription.
Better to have a proper check up from some eye specialist.
You can get your vision checked up again by eye spec near you. In mean time try Blink Fresh eye drops three times a day as sometimes dry eye also cause problems in focus during vision especially if your vision improves after blinking few times.
The eyesight is not dependent upon the use or otherwise of glasses. If you
think your eyesight is not stable you should get your vision assessed again
it is not uncommon for the eyesight to vary even if you are wearing glasses
however if the change in number is very frequent you may need to go through
certain specific investigations your optometrist or your thermologist will
recommend those depending upon the duration between the change in your
correction

I have checked my eye soght the nmbr is same.even it can not be chnge because my 1 eye sight is more weak then other eye.
