if there is some problem or disease in the retina( the back of the eye) then laser for removal of glasses is not possible and treatment of that disease should be done. but if the back of the eye is alright on examination then after a test the laser for removal of glasses can be done
I believe eye examination is needed in detail and then discussed according to the situation. It’s not easy to make diagnosis and provide treatment option just by text discussion.

It seems she has pathological myopia plz do not go for laser surgery without proper checkup back tubes I presume you mean optic nerves ! If they are damaged then laser surgery is of no benefit but best is to get examined by a reliable eye specialist
Plz get examined as soon as possible Laser surgery is not solution in this case patient has to be seen first
