Ab tu taqreeban 4 month se stool softener bh use ker raha hn pher bh 15 din bad yan 20 din bad pher fissure hojata hai medicine Khattay hoay bh. Diet mn spices bh chor chuka hn or meats sirf roti, sabzi or salami use kerta hn pher bh Aram nh hai. Kch samhaj nh atta Kia masla hai life is upset. Please suggest what can i do. Plzzzzzzzzzz
