Here’s her complete history and current situation: Patient details: Age: 55 From: Nowshera, KPK Ulcerative Colitis; diagnosed 1.5 years ago Comorbidities: Diabetes mellitus (diagnosed 4 months ago) History / Treatment so far: Initially controlled with Predlone and Meszine (800 mg_3 tabs per day) Predlone stopped after 2 months, Meszine continued. Multiple flares → Predlone started several times for two months then stopped. No permanent recovery, again flares after a month of stopping Predlone. Switched to Azatprine and Meszine + short course Prednisolone → UC flares on steroid tapers. Azat***prine non-responding. Developed Steroid-dependency Recently switched to Tofa***tinib; 1.5 months of use with no significant improvement. During these 1.5 months, received Hydcortne sodm sucate (IV) + Drotrine but no improvement, bleedings continues. Severe bleeding persists during flares. After that

Dr. sb it's an autoimmune disease and currently she's on Tofacitinib (JAK Inhibitors) but medicines are not responding. Doctors say the next option is Biologics now (Infliximab Inj) which are way too expensive and not market accessible. At that moment we are worried if switching to Homeopathic treatment can be worth or not as it's a situation where we can take test and trials.
