Your lungs are mostly clear. There is no big infection, no pneumonia, no cancer, no major damage.

There are some mild changes in the small blood vessels of the lungs. This can happen in people with Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) because the blood can clot more easily and affect blood flow.

The main blood vessel going to the lungs (pulmonary artery) looks a little bigger than normal, which means you may be developing the early stages of high pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). This is not very severe right now, but it needs follow-up.

A few small lymph nodes are present in the chest, but they are not large enough to worry about.

Your heart size is normal, and there is no fluid around the lungs or heart.

The scan findings are in line with your known APS condition.

The most important point is that you might have the beginning of high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension).

This needs further checking with a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) and regular follow-ups.
