Slight Bleeding

A few days ago I blew my nose and was gargling in the bathroom when I noticed a small streak of blood (very little, 2 drops) in the sink. this happened again today, really little blood came....is this serious, is it because of the heat? I have no coughing or any other problem...sometimes my heart beat fluctuates, I searched it on Google and it said that little blood might be cause of CHF chronic heart failure, is this CHF? or is it a type of lung disease e.g. cancer.....(My cbc report is at the bottom)

Oh my. Please don't get worried like that. CHF is an extremely serious
condition and two drops of blpod from the nose are least of a CHF patient's
symptoms or their treating doctor's problem.
Most common cause is dryness of the nasal secretions caused by
Airconditioning and the dried scabs in the nose when displaced scratch the
highly rich blood supply nasal mucosa causing a little bleed.
Try applying a little olive oil on the tip of your little finger and apply
it lightly in your nose once or twice a day. Refrain from excessive force
when cleaning your nose even when performing ablution (wazoo) and relax.
If it doesn't settle in a week or ten days we can see an ENT surgeon for
local examination.
Nothing really to worry about.

Dear,

Read your history and the CBC report. I little bleeding like this might be due to heat and the condition is calls Epistaxis. However, your CBC report indicating that you're deficient in Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid, further WBC count is also slightly above normal which is usually due to some infection, but the ESR is within normal range. For the time being start taking Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid. If you notice again such streaks of blood then do Icing (give cool effects to your nose by using ice cubes) as we do in Epistaxis. Don't take too much dry fruits, sea foods & eggs.

If occurs again then go for following test from another authentic lab:

CBC

ESR

Blood C/S

Xray Chest PA View

With all prayers.
