Talk to General Problems on Ibs

A friend of mine used to have constipation and then it turned out to be Ibs 3/4 years ago. She is unmarried and doing no job since 5 years. Now she is unable to go any where as she always feel urge to go washroom again and again. Can it be cured. Kindly suggest Which Dr she should consult?
