apk mareez ka dil kam kaaam kr rha hai.. normal bandy ka dil 60-70% kaam krta hai.. aur apk mareez ka dil 45% kaam kr rha hai.. is surat mai complications hony k chance zayada hoty.. surgery risky nai hai.. but behoshi mai risk ho skta hai

you will need uroflowmetry and on that need to have decision having both TURP and hernia repair in same anesthesia setting. it will need an expert anaesthetist who can perform epidural anesthesia in view of his heart condition. So you need to show your father to a tertiary care hospital with facility of ICU. this surgery shouldn't be performed in a small setup hospital
