hemorroids are pain less un till they r thrombosed n remain out side of anal canal. so if they r not out u may have analysis fisher which is very painful.
Its best to see a surgeon first and get it diagnosed properly. Meanwhile use syp lilac 5ml twice a day. And apply hadensa forte ointment locally three times a day. Book an appointment to see me for full assesment and further treatment.
