Hi. My Name is Muhammad Azeem. I don't know what i have with myself. I had anal fistula Operation in 2014. Since then i am not comfortable with myself. I think a lot that i may reoccur. remains worried. In Past i was taking isabgol daily in milk before sleep. I met a Gastrologist who just advice me medicines, some food precautions, etc. but he didn't told me that what i have problem. i consult with a homeopathic doctor who told me that due to the excessive use of isabgol your intestines are swell. i belong to a poor family, me & my family worried about all this. Pls some suggest a doctor who should be a humble & kind person too. Who can listen my issues as well. Right now, i m just eating melons to get relief from constipation & paid & itching near around my rectum . food without spices, just,. no milk no anything else. Pls Pls For ALLAH'S Jaza. Pls Help me.
actually you need fiber diet. without spices and no hard stool for this esaghol husk and lot of water to drink.
