Asking For Self, Female, 26 years old, Faisalabad
My age is 26 . few years ago i undergone an injury of abdominal muscle on my right side . doctors said it muscle apart due to lift some heavy weight . i had taken a lot of medicines but problem is still there . also not healing yet and 2 years ago a pelvic muscle is also injured also now a days feeling pain in my right arm biceps . I feel stretches when i work and on more working eventually these muscles cause a lot of pain (apparently there is no discoloration of skin an inflammation ) i want to ask what is reason why my muscles tears down ?Is that due to some deficiency or lack of exercise or work out as doctors always suggested me rest . I have also low hemoglobin (HB) level which is 8 . Thanks alot
