W salam...the first step is to change your dietary habits and lifestyle.In diet decrease the carbohydrates and increase protein..instead of eating more at one time eat at regular intervals .increase fibres intake in the form of salads...dinner should be before 3 hours going to sleep with 40 mintues walk...do regular exercise and loose weight thats all..

But you must visit a doctor before starting medicine
