Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, lahore

3 months ago I had dinner and next morning when I woke up I started vomiting and since then I haven't been better. I got nausea, bloating and abdominal pain...but all of them are gone After that I'm having fever every other week. I saw a Gastroenterologist and he prescribed meds..I'm taking meds but nothing happend...all of a sudden my body temperature starts going up to 103 and this fever lasts for 1 day and next day I get better. I'm having fever 4 times in a month and I'm worried. Please tell me which doctor I should see.
