Hi I delivered my first baby on 23 of jan vaginal delivery with 5 stitches7 hours labour pain. It's almost 1 month now but I am having extreme back bone pain and still stitches pain. Doct is telling me it's normal but I'm looking for some remedy for this. I stopped using of pain killers because I'm getting yellow urine after using of medicine and feeling itching while passing the urine. My age is 25 and I don't have any other medical history .
