Talk to Gynecologist on Gyne

I am breastfeeding my 9 months old daughter. i had periods only once after delivery and then gone. I am feeling like i am pregnant but home preg tests are negative.i have done it multiple times. Is it possible that i am pregnant? or periods can come and go during breastfeeding?
