AoA i am 13 weeks Pregnant. I had my appointment with doc today Everything is fine Alhumdulillah but i forgot to ask one little thing. Are basil seeds (tukhamalanga) safe in pregnancy as it is too hot these days. So is It ok to consume them in some drink.
