It depends if u are anemic /reduced heaemoglobin or just have to balanced or maintain hemoglobin.
-in diet iron containing food required like carrot, apples juice, spinich etc.
-fefal Vit, ferrous sulphate which ever easily digest able as many petients have this issue as well.
Any iron supplement like fefol , ferrous sulphate tablets , iberet folic or sangobion can work , if u take vit c with it , it will increase iron absorption, u can iron with orange juice. If u think u cannot tolerate iron or take it regularly then u can go for injections
