- Early booking, better to have regular scans and antenatal visits .
- u will need blood thining medications due to previous history and should have check for any medical health issue in detail like diabetes ,high BP to avoid complications .

you need to do some tests to rule out GDM and may need to start blood thinning medication but it can't be advised on message. dear you need to see a gynecologist obstetrician. if you don't know any one you can book your appointment through marham forum
