January sey mere periods ki problem start hui date sey 5 to 8 days oper ho jatey aur bleeding bhi kum.8s month 3 june ko huye leykin sirf spotting jo k 3rd day bilkul ruk gai thi bleeding bilkul nahi hui.mujhey last yr sey left side pain hai jis k harmonal test huye jo k clear they.meri dr ney kaha k muscular pain hai leykin mein satisfy nahi thi tou ultra sound karwaya jis mein left ovary enlarged hai reports attached kar rahi hoon plz bata dein k koi khatrey ki baat tou nahi? Allah na karey Kaheen yeh ovarian cancer k symtoms tou nahi plz mujhey guide kardein mujhey tension ho rahi mere bachey bohat choutey hein????
Don't worry. repeat ultrasound after 3 months.
it can be a ploy cystic ovary ...better to control your weight ....and repeat your scan after 3 months and for further consultation visit a dr with all your reports
Thanks picture not megnify so can not coment enlarge ovary no problem you need to do harmonal essays nd follow up scan to see size of ovary don’t worry it is not cancer

-Dear pictures not clear but in scan report ovaries normal and left ovary is mildly larger then right and size that is given is not at all large.
- try to have balanced diet, weight and Bmi and normal diet with fruits, vegetables and plenty of water.
-try to avoid constipation and have regular walk, Exercise.
-u could have premenopausal state /polycystic ovarian syndrome as in both cases hormones can disturb periods.
Have strict check on symmptoms like weight gain, abnormal hairs and Irregular /scanty periods then better to have blood tests on day 2 of periods (testosterone, progesterone, fsh and lh, thyroid function test, insulin, prolectin).
-collect reports and discuss here.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
