detailed histroy is required ..like your menstrual history...any complications during last delivery...so better to consult the gynaecologist.....as detailed histroy and examination cant be done on this forum
you need to follow your gynaecologist advise . Needs your investigations.

dear difficulty in conceiving 2nd time once u have baby is mainly due to tubal blockage,kindly let us know whether u have done ur HSG or not. if its ok and still you are not conceiving then u can b put on ovulation induction.

No I haven't hsg yet. Tubal blockage is possible after 1st pragnancy . ? My cycle is regular n normal of 27 days. I have used lezra .clomid and ivf 5000 injection on 12 day of cycle but didn't work for me.
