I am having pco problem from last 2 years, doctor ny anastrozole belmed 1mg tablets prescrib kiya hy. Is it good for my health or not?

-this drug is used to reduce Estrogen given mostly in breast cancer
Can give u bone pain'high blood pressure, hot flushes, hair loss, ight sweats, tired Ness, nausea etc but it's not necessary to have all symptoms suddenly but gradually can have.
-normally tries in Pco when basic precautions and treatments already advised and had no effects.
-its not advisable for long time.
-better to have precautions for Pco.

If u r married and wants to conceive then u can take this only during fixed days of periods for conception , otherwise it won’t do u more good. There are other treatments for pco

Doctor I am not married and I already consult many doctors and done treatment but nothing effects is going in my periods problem and having cyst in ovaries that's why doctor prescribed me anastrozole belmed 1mg tablet. But I am worrying these medicines may work or not

Letrozole will increase ur ovarian cysts , if they are ovarian cysts and not follicles

Doctor saima please help me, this is my ultrasound report shown:
Both ovaries show mainly solid ovarian parenchyma with its no growing or dominant follicle at present. No adnexal mass is seen.no fluid is seen in the culture de sac.
Kindly ap bta dein k mujay anastrozole tablet chor daini chahea?

Yes again I will say it will not help in pco other than conception, u have to reduce wt , use glucophage and inositoland famila for 3 months to regularise ur periods

Thanks there are medicine available for pco if you have pco nd menstural problem you have to reduce your weight nd can take glucophage nd silix sachet

Yes doctor many treatments I tried it but nothing works, now doctor prescribed me that medicine, hope it will works.

Have balanced diet with less salt, suger, oil and spice.
Have dietitian review.
Have daily walk, exercise,to balance Bmi and weight.
Have help of any gym instructor or yoga specialist to have proper exercises to balance weight.
-can have hormonal support to regulate periods if irregular other wise dont use hormones unnecessarily

My periods come on time but it was just 1 to 2 days and a few drops. Periods doesn't come in normal flow
