- cycles regularity ,scan ,blood reports and which medications started when this all need to know .
- send me your all blood and scan reports that done recently .
- have folic acid daily 5 mgs .
- try to have Normal b I and weight by having regular walk and exercise.
- have balanced diet with less salt,suger ,oil and spice .
- husband and you both should be checked and treater for any medical issue completely and regularly like thyroid abnormalities, diabetes,hypertension etc .
- husband better quit smoking .
- have sex in fertile period of cycles like in 28 days cycle have Most Fertile period is from day 8 to day 13 .
- glucophage given for PCO petient mostly .better send me scan and blood reports u did lastly other wise have serum Progesterone on day 21 and on transVaginal scan .
- I hope things would be better .
- have healthy balanced diet with Les salt,suger ,oil and spice .
