I m unmarried mery periods is month 6 dec ko start hwy aur 11 dec ko khtam hwy ab us k bad aj 19 december ko phr sy spotting ho re he hai aur discharge ho ra hai .. kya te normal hai pehly asy kbhi nhi hwa my periods cycle is always regular and on time .

- dear might be stress ,anxiety Hormonal imbalance,thyroid iregularities or any local leision like polyp etc.
- check on any medications u have taken recently .
- have tab postan 500 mgs and ta pb transenexamic acid to reduce bleeding .
- have thyroid Function test,complete Blood Count and peovic scan for any pathology with Full bladder .
- check any foul smelling Vaginal discharge to Exclude Pelvic Infection.
- on day 4 of bleedfing have tab norethisterone 5 mgs twice daily from day 4 to day 25 and then stop and wait for periods,similarly continue this for next two cycles as well do have these hormones like this from day 4 to day 25 for total 3 cycles.
- follow with scans and blood reports.
- I hope things would be better .
- have healthy nutritious diet ,balanced Bmi by exercise .
