Don't worry about baby movement feeling yet especially if it's first pregnancy. Concern is genuine. If u and baby are normal according to ur obstetrician then wait for this perception few weeks more

dear is this ur first pregnancy? at 5th month or 20 weeks baby movements start.. initially baby is small and u will feel many fetal movements, and as pregnancy proceed.. the movement may reduce
.baby used to sleep for atleast 90 mins so dont worry... keep urself hydrated.. dont skip meals and lie on left lateral while sleeping.
