u hv iron deficiency anemia-u shud go for serum ferritin-u shud switch to double dose iron-till 32wks u shud b taking double dose-aft tht ur OBG shud advise u IV iron adjusted to the Hb levels if still deficient at tht time...
u shud b imroving on ur diet-2-3 dates a day-apple+carrot+beet root extract wth lil lemon added shud b taken on daily basis-red meat intake shud also b increased...
coffee+tea intake shud b reduced...
