Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Bleeding

Hey, posting this as anonymous I have irregular cycle so I had been following seed cycling and my doctor gave me ovulation induction injection a couple of months back and last week my test came out to be little positive(attaching picture) but today after around 5 to 6 days of my test, I felt spotting and now my flow is heavy, I have got periods Could anyone tell me why has it happened? I am really worried. I had been taking seeds too to boost my progesterone level.
