Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Karachi

I am 28 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. Last 2 babies normal delivery at 39+ week. No history of miscarriage or bleeding. During my ultrasound dr found lower segment uterine contractions. My Dr prescribed me duphaston 10mg 3 times a day because of contractions n slight UTI. I am not having any pain or any symptoms. I want to ask that should I go for duphaston or not?
