Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Concieve

Its kind of urgent. Its been five months that i am trying to concieve.i have a 2.4yrs daughter. I am having constant lower abdominal pain which isnt going after medication. Got two ultrasound first one showed pelvic infection and second one was normal showing normal ovaries. So dr suggesred urine d/r (came out normal) and urine c/s which showed presence of klebsiella organism. Did 14days course of ciprofloxacin which was completed on 1st jan 2019. This month again my periods arrived. Now one of our fanily dr(not gynecologist) suggested clomid tablet for ten days. Its my period day 2. Should i start this course if not what i am suppose to do? Pls pls reply i ll be thankful
